The Grove Get Well Card

My husband's first cousin is undergoing treatment for his second cancer and I wanted to make him a card to help cheer him up.  Masculine cards are always a little difficult for me.

This card features the Grove dies in Evening Evergreen on a Soft Succulent cardbase.  I stamped the sentiment on Basic White using Evening Evergreen ink and then die cut it using the Waves dies.  The sentiment is from Speedy Recovery.  I forgot to take a photo of the inside.  I stamped the envelope flap with a stamp from the Limited Edition stamp set.

To stick down that intricate die cut on the card front, I used multipurpose glue but would normally use adhesive sheets on the cardstock first.  I just put the glue on by using a sponge and sponging it on.
