Punch 5 leaves from Call me Clover cardstock.
Using Versamark and white embossing powder, stamp the "smile" sentiment onto the Poppy Parade label in the bottom right corner.
Arrange the flowers and the leaves onto the label, using a mixture of tombow and dimensionals.
Stick the Poppy Parade label to the stitched rectangle. Wrap a length of pineapple punch ribbon around the card and attach to the back with tear and tape.
Tie a small bow with another piece of ribbon and attach it to the card front with a glue dot.
Add this topper to the card base. Finish with some of the Happiness Blooms enamel dots and some rhinestones in the flower centres.
