Card Stock:
Fresh Freesia--4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2", 3" x 2" (die cut circle & balloon)
Smokey Slat--3 1/4" x 3" (die cut elephants), 3 3/4 x 5 1/4" (inside)
Hydrangea Hill Mercury Glass Designer Acetate--4" x 5 1/2" (use stampin' seal to adhere.)

Front:
Adhere with Stampin' Seal the Acetate use as little as necessary.
Stamp the elephants with Memento Black on the Smokey Slate. Then die cut. Die cut the mini ribbon bow.
Stamp the sentiment on Fresh Freesia and die cut. Die cut the balloon.
Adhere the elements with dimensionals and multipurpose liquid glue.

Inside stamp the sentiment with Memento Black onto Smokey Slate an glue to inside card base.
