Project Recipe
Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Balmy Blue Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Balmy Blue Cardstock
- 2" x 2-1/4" from Rococo Rose Cardstock
Rub the Embossing Buddy all over the Balmy Blue rectangle.
Mount the candles and flower centerpiece image from the God's Peace Set on Block E. Ink it up with the VersaMark Pad. Stamp it in the lower left corner of the Balmy Blue rectangle. Make sure it isn't more than 1/4" up from the bottom or in from the left side.
Mount the Bible verse sentiment from the God's Peace Set on Block E. Ink it up with the VersaMark Pad. Stamp it in the upper right corner of the Balmy Blue rectangle. Make sure it does not overlap the centerpiece image.
Place the stamped Balmy Blue rectangle in the center of a piece of Grid Paper. Sprinkle on Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder so it covers the stamped centerpiece image and the stamped sentiment. Tap off excess powder. Return extra powder to the container.
Heat with the Heat Tool until the powder is completely melted (shiny and smooth).
Use the Markers to color in the heat embossed centerpiece image on the Balmy Blue rectangle.
- Use the Rococo Rose Marker to color in the ribbons and candles.
- Use the Old Olive Marker to color in the greenery.
Use a clean tissue to wipe off any ink that may be puddled on top of the heat embossed areas.
Use the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to paint some glitter into the candle flames and glow circles.
Adhere the stamped, heat embossed, and colored Balmy Blue rectangle to the front of the Balmy Blue card.
Rub the Embossing Buddy all over the Rococo Rose rectangle.
Mount the candles and flower centerpiece image from the God's Peace Set on Block E again. Ink up the flower portion with the VersaMark Pad. Stamp it on the small Rococo Rose rectangle so you get the flower.
Place the stamped Rococo Rose rectangle in the center of a piece of Grid Paper. Sprinkle on Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder so it covers the stamped flower image. Tap off excess powder. Return extra powder to the container.
Heat with the Heat Tool until the powder is completely melted (shiny and smooth).
Cut out the heat embossed flower on the Rococo Rose rectangle by hand using Paper Snips.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the cut out flower over the top of the flower on the card front.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick tool to pick up a large frosted droplet from a sheet of Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets being sure to get the adhesive as well. Adhere it to the center of the cut out flower.
