Stamp Sets: Bunch of Blossoms, Birthday Blooms, Beautiful Bouquet
Cardstock: Whisper White Thick card base, Peekaboo Peach 4-1/4" x 3", Whisper White 4" x 2-3/4"
Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper 5-1/4" x 4"
Ink: Peekaboo Peach, Basic Black Archival. Old Olive
Blossom Builder punch, Metallics Sequin assortment, dimensionals, Fast Fuse
I started by stamping the flowers. FYI: To later punch them out, I found it easiest to stamp them an inch or so apart on a strip of whisper white paper. Using the smaller blossom stamp (these are 3-step stamps but I used only 2 of them), I first stamped the background stamp by stamping off twice and then stamping on the Whisper White in Peekaboo Peach. Next I took the more detailed stamp, stamped off once and then stamped. I did not use the fully detail stamp.
I stamped 6 of each of these petals.
Next using Old Olive, I stamped the star shape for the base of the flowers and only used one of these stamps.
I then stamped the stems on the whisper white piece and then the leaves (still using just 2 of the 3 stamps--stamping off once for the bottom layer and then full strength for the next layer.
I stamped the sentiment at the bottom left of the white piece using Basic Black. Also using the black, I stamped the dots over the card, stamping off the first time and then just continuing to stamp. If the dots get too light, ink up again.
Adhere the designer paper to the card front and put together the rest of the card front. Add the white piece to the peekaboo peach and adhere at an angle to the front of the card.
Punch out the flower petals. I found I had to cut the strip where I had stamped them and then insert into the punch to make them fit. Punch out the two star shapes and cut off the bottoms.
Put the flowers together by adhering two of the petals on the bottom using snail or glue and then adding the third petal to the top using dimensionals. Then add the green bottom using glue.
Add 3 black sequins to the card front.
