Bunch of Blossoms Swap card |

C ard made for a swap using Bunch of Blossoms, Blossom Builder Punch, and Butterfly Basics

This was a color challenge swap using Watermelon Wonder, Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight and Pear Pizzazz.
I started with a piece of Whisper White cardstock cut to 3.75 x 5. I positioned a decorative mask (now retired--ack! I didn't realize and pay attention to that!) over it and sponged with a sponge dauber Crumb Cake ink over portions of the card.
Next, I took the fern stamp from Butterfly Basics and stamped all over the bottom of the card using Pear Pizzazz, sometimes full strength and sometimes stamping without re-inking to get a faded image.
I decided where I wanted my stems to go and stamped them as well. For the one that is curved, I simply curved the stamp on my clear block to get that shape
TIP: First use a scrap piece of cardstock and punch through it using the Blossom Builder Punch. Use this piece as a guide for stamping your flowers so you can punch out more than one at a time..
Using scrap whisper white, I stamped the flowers using the triple step stamps from Bunch of Blossoms. For the first step, I stamped off twice to get a very light base. The second stamp I stamped off once to get a more saturated color. The final step was done just after inking the stamp. I made the flowers using Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo and Watermelon Wonder.
After stamping the floral pieces I punched them out using the Blossom Builder punch.
I then punched out the Pear Pizzazz pieces at the base of the flowers and then stamped the image on them.
Using Glue Dots, I attached the flowers together and the green base and attached to the card.
I stamped the sentiment in Flirty Flamingo on Whisper White using the Thoughtful Banners stamp set and punched out the banner with the Duet Banner Punch.
I then attached the banner using dimensionals.
I attached the white top to a layer of Pear Pizzazz cut to 4 x 5.25. And then attached these two layers to a base of Flirty Flamingo.
