Cut a piece of the Gilded Autumn designer series paper 4 x 5.25 and attach to card front with Stampin Seal
Using the wreath dies from Wreath Builder dies cut the leafy die from Metallic Brushed Bronze sheet, the other die from Metallic Brushed Copper
From the Metallic Gold Brushed use Layering Circles die 2 2/8" circle to cut one circle
Emboss Buddy the front of the gold circle, stamp the sentiment from Autumn Goodness stamp set with Versamark ink and heat emboss with White Emboss powder. (NOTE: it will warp a bit - pre heat your heat tool to minimize this - then use Stampin' Seal+ when attaching it to the card front) Place this circle centered from left to right and just slightly above center.
Place mini glue dots on a few places on the back of the copper wreath and attach over circle
Do the same with the Bronze wreath

Punch these out using the Autumn Punch Pack punches
Attach the two acorns, the leaf and the bow together with mini glue dots and attach to wreath.
