1. Fold a 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" piece of Green in half.
2. Emboss a 5-1/4" x 4" piece of Magenta, and glue to card front.
Cut out oval using stitched ovals. Stamp cone print, on Cinnamon Cider, and use Ice Cream Punch to cut out, Punch out ice cream topper, and stamp sprinkles on top. Use dimentionals to attach to oval.
3. Cut banner 3-1/2" x 1" from DSP and banner end. Cut a 3" x 1/4" piece of White, and stamp on it. Place under oval
Stamp "Happy Birthday" on a 3-2/8"x 1" piece of white, and use dimentionals to pop up on card
4. Glue 5-1/4" x 4" piece of white c/s inside card.
Attach bow.
