his is a quick and easy card to help you use up some of those scraps of Designer Series Paper you have!
Choose 2 or 3 patterns and get creating!
Project Recipe
What you need:
Melon Mambo (base): 4 ¼” x 11”, score at 5 ½”
Melon Mambo (image mat): 2 3/8” x 2 3/8”
Basic White (layer): 4 1/8” x 5 3/8”
Basic White (image): 2 ¼” x 2 ¼”
Designer Paper (center): ¾” x 4 ¼”
Designer Paper: cut 4 @ ¾” x 3”
White sentiment (inside) 4" x 5 1/4"
iNSTRUCTIONS:
1. Adhere the designer paper (center) to the middle of the Basic White (layer) cardstock.
2. Adhere the remaining designer paper strips vertically alongside the center strip, leaving a small space between them. Stagger the height of the strips as shown.
3. Stamp the greeting using Memento ink in the lower right corner of the Basic White (layer) cardstock.
4. Adhere the Basic White (layer) to the card base.
5. Turn the Basic White (image) cardstock so it has a ‘diamond shape’. Stamp the image using Memento ink on Basic White (image) cardstock.
6. Color the image using the Stampin’ Blends Markers. Use the Light Gray Granite Blends to outline the goose image. Use the Color Lifter to lighten the color.
7. Adhere the Basic White (image) to the Melon Mambo (image mat) cardstock. Adhere these layers to the center of the card base using Dimensionals.
8. Add some coordinating bling!
