A super fast method to create multiple beautiful cards in a short time.
Project Recipe
I chose to do this set of cards all using Crumb Cake as my base. To make 20 cards, take 10 sheets of cardstock and cut them in half. It doesn't matter if you do them in portrait or landscape, they will still work either way. Mine were cut at 14.8cm by 10.5cm
Score at the half way point - mine were scored at 10.5cm. I left them flat until after I attached the Designer Series Paper (DSP)
Select some of your favourite DSP - you will need 20 pieces cut at approx 14 x 10 cm. I cut my DSP into strips 10 x 15 cm and trimmed of 1cm to use to decorate the inside of the card. (1 x 12x12 " sheet of DSP will be enough to make 6 cards if you don't mind them being the same.)
Now the fun starts. Tear a piece of DSP into 2 pieces. Adhere one piece to the card base. Turn the remaining piece over and adhere it to the rest of the card. So you are using both patterns on the DSP for one card.
Fold your cards and use a bone folder to make a sharp neat fold
Cut strips of ribbon approx 11cm long and adhere them to cover the join in the DSP
Use a punch to cut out 20 tags for white cardstock (or any other colour you want to use to co-ordinate with your card)
Stamp your sentiment and add a bit of sparkle to the tag with some embelishments
I punched out some extra leaves from gold specialty paper.
Adhere the tag using dimensionals
Use the extra 1cm strip to the inside of the card along with a sentiment stamp
I also used matching scraps of the DSP to decorate the envelopes
