Cut from the outer edge pencil mark to the score line on each end of the card base.
Next, cut from the bottom edge pencil mark to the top side pencil mark.

Adhere DSP to the front of the card base lining the long edge against the score line.
Wrap the belly band around the card base and adhere at the end.
Fussy cut large flower. Set aside.
Using Versamark ink stamp the greeting on Mossy Meadow cardstock. Use White Stampin' Emboss Powder and the heat tool to emboss. Cut out the greeting using the Sentiment Silhouettes Dies.

Adhere the waffle-type die to the 3" x 3" basic white cardstock.
Cut out two pieces of vellum using the largest Beautiful Shapes hexagon die.
Layer the flower onto the vellum using Dimensionals.
Layer the greeting onto the flower using Dimensionals.
