Project Recipe
Cutting Instructions:
- A Walk In The Forest DSP: cut 1" of a full 12" x 12" sheet, with the 12" side at the top score at 4 1/4", 8 1/2", 10 1/2"; with the 11" side at the top cut the DSP at 5 1/2". You now have pieces to make 2 cards.
- Balmy Blue Cardstock: use the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine with the Countryside dies to cut the matt for the greeting on the front of the card.
- Basic White Cardstock: cut 1 @ 4" x 5 1/4"; use the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine with the Countryside dies to cut the piece for the greeting on the front of the card.
Instructions:
1. A Walk in the Forest DSP: with the side you want on the inside of the card fold down on the 4 1/4" score line, fold up on 8 1/2" score line, on the 10 1/2" score line fold down, burnish all score lines with a bone folder.
2. Adhere the 1 1/2" piece of cardbase to the 2" piece. Use 2 3/8" punch to make a finger pull for the gift card in the centre of this piece.
3. Stamp your sentiment on the 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Basic White Cardstock and adhere to the inside of the cardbase.
4. Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the punched piece to the inside of the cardbase, run to a very thin line of glue on the edges of the pocket piece, hold with paper clips or clothes pins while the glue sets.
5. Decorate the front of the card with the Balmy Blue and Basic White pieces cut from the Countryside Dies. Add other embellishments as you wish.
