Faux Centre Step Card

Card base: 27.9cm x 10.5cm (11" x 4 1/4")
Scored at 2.5cm, 5cm and 16.5cm (1", 2" and 6 1/2").

Crease your score lines with a bone folder to create a small mountain fold at (2.5cm score), small valley fold at (5cm score) and larger mountain fold at (16cm score).

Centre piece cardstock:
21.7cm x 6.5cm (8 1/2" x 2 1/2")
Scored at 7.5cm (3").

Crease your score line to make a mountain fold at 7.5cm.

DSP: 5.7cm x 11cm (2 1/4" x 4 3/8") one piece.
DSP: 2.5cm x 10.8cm (1"x 4 1/4") two pieces
DSP: 1.8cm x 10.2cm (3/4" x 4") one piece.

Attach your 5.7cm x 11cm piece of DSP to the Centre piece card stock up towards the top of the centre fold leaving a small border.

Attach your two 2.5cm and 10.8 cm pieces of DSP to the Card base up towards the top of the centre fold leaving a small border.

Adhere your centre piece to your card base centring it in the middle of your card with your small mountain and valley folds in place.

Then adhere the centre piece at the back of the card base.

Next adhere your last piece of DSP (1.8cm x 10.2cm) to your small front mountain fold section (where you will attach your sentiment).

Stamp your images that you want on your card front. Stamp the sentiment on your die cut piece. Adhere your stamped image to the centre piece of your card front and your sentiment to the mountain fold at the base of your card front. I used the Cottage Rose stamp set for the image and sentiment. I also used the Stylish Shape dies as well.

You can decorate the inside of your card using DSP or another stamped image or sentiment.
