Cutting Instructions -
Card Base: Cut Azure Afternoon 5 ½ X 7 ¾, score at 4 ¼.

Card Flap: Cut Azure Afternoon 3 ⅞ X 4 ¼, score at 1”
Cut Basic White 2 ⅝ X 4
Cut confetti acetate from Gold Celebrations 2 ½ X 3 ¾.
Die cut balloon strings from scrap of gold foil.

Card Front: Cut dots acetate from Gold Celebrations 3 ¼ X 5 ¼.

Card Insert: Cut Basic White 4 X 5 ¼.

Assembly -
Fold the card base on the score line. Attach the 3 ¼ X 5 ¼ gold dots acetate to the 3 X 5 ½ piece of your card front. I attached the acetate to the card front by putting glue dots on the back of the acetate on the dots so the glue wouldn’t be seen on the front.

Fold Axure Afternoon card flap on the score line. Stamp sentiment from Beautiful Balloons with black ink at the top of the Basic White 2 ⅝ X 4 piece. Die cut a balloon using the largest open balloon die from Beautiful Balloon die. Attach the Gold Celebrations acetate to the BACK of the stamped die cut white piece with Stampin Dimensionals. Attach the gold foil balloon strings to the bottom of the balloon cut out. Attach the die cut balloon stamped paper to the Azure Afternoon card flap. Add 3 embellishments from Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.

For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of dot acetate from Gold Celebrations ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from Sentimental Park with black ink.

Glue the 1” folded strip of the card flap to the back of the white card insert. I lined mine up with the bottom of the Gold Celebrations strip at the top of the card. Attach the card insert inside the card.

Envelope Flap: I used the 6X6 Designer Series paper to cut a 2 ¼ X 6 piece. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
