Project Recipe
Fold Card Base in half at 4.25 and set aside.
Rub the Emboss Buddy over the Front Layer piece.
Using Versamark, stamp snowflakes randomly on the Front Layer.
Sprinkle the White Emboss Powder over the layer inside the Emboss Powder Tray. Gently shake to make sure all snowflakes are covered and then tap off the excess powder into the tray.
Set the Emboss Powder using the Heat Tool.
Stamp the sentiment onto the scrap and punch using the Double Oval Punch
Stamp the Yeti using Early Espresso ink. Allow to fully dry.
Using the Blending Brush apply the Tahitian Tide ink to the front layer, starting in the middle and swirling your way out toward the outer edges of the card. This will allow any rougher sponge marks to be hidden behind the Yeti. Attach this layer to the front of the card.
Using the Tahitian Tide Light Blends, colour the face of the Yeti. Add darker feet, hands, shadowing, and the horns using Soft Suede and Crumb Cake Blends. Cut the Yeti out using the dies if you have them or fussy cut.
Curl the Yeti slightly on the arm, legs, and head. I used a bone folder. Add adhesive behind the torso of the Yeti and attach to the card front at centre.
Adhere the sentiment to the Scalloped Oval punched glimmer paper. Then adhere to the card using dimensionals just under the Yeti’s hands.
Embellish with the Iridescent Basic Jewels.
If desired, stamp a couple trees onto the corner of the insert piece and the envelope.
Adhere the insert into the inside of the card.
