Cut out just the bulb with Paper Snips.
Adhere over stamped light bulb with a dimensional.
Punch one end of 2 1/4” x 5 5/8”” of DSP with Gift Bag Punch Board, lining up the edge of the paper with the “Start” line on the board before punching. Flip paper end-over-end and line up the opposite side of the paper with the “Start” line before punching again. Adhere inside envelope just below the glue line using a line of SNAIL ONLY along the top edge of the liner. Fold envelope flap down to crease the liner and push it farther down into the envelope. Stamp the envelope to match your card and you are done!
