Cut Designer paper 4" X 5-1/4". Glue together
Cut cardstock 4" X 9" and score at 3", 6". Zig zag when folding.
Cut 2 pcs. white cardstock 2-3/4" X 3-3/4"
Cut designer paper 2-3/4" X 3-3/4".
