T he Balloon Celebration stamp set is a basic birthday set everyone should have. It can let you put together quick birthday, friend, and celebrate cards.
Project Recipe
Create the base card from Pool Party cardstock. Cut a 8.5x11 sheet in half for two 5.5 x 8.5 pieces. Score the sheets at 4.25”.
Cut a 4” x 5.25” piece from Bermuda Bay cardstock.
Cut a piece of 3.75” x 5” piece of a whisper White cardstock.
Using the balloon strings on a clear block, stamp with the Crumb Cake classic stamp pad onto the Vanilla White cardstock. Angle the strings from the left bottom corner to the center of the card.
Using the happy birthday stamp with the Bermuda Bay classic ink pad and stamp in the bottom right beside the strings.
Use the bow stamp with the Bermuda Bay classic ink pad and add a bow to the strings where they join.
Using the circular stamp with dots and the Pool Party classic ink pad, stamp in random spots on the Whisper White. Stamp some circles off the page.
With the Balloon punch cut out 3 sets of balloons in Pool Party cardstock.
Using the large and small half balloon stamp and POOL Party classic ink pad, stamp the bottom half of each balloon.
Putting it together-
With multi-purpose glue attach the Bermuda Bay piece to the card base.
Then add the Vanilla White piece.
Lay out the large balloons at the top of the strings. Layer the small balloons on top. When you like your positions, use the multi-purpose glue to secure the large balloons and dimensionals to attach the small balloons.
