Chapstick Holder with Butterfly Closure

Print Recipe

Score 2" x 11" Poppy Parade cardstock at 3-3/8", 4", 7-1/8" and 7-3/4".

Cut hole approx. 1" down from end with "O" from Playful Alphabet Dies. This gives you the slot to slide in the Chapstick.

Adhere 1-7/8" x 3-1/4" DSP to top flap with Stampin' Seal.

Using the Classic Label punch, cut slit through layers of flap.

Adhere 1-7/8" x 1-3/4" DSP to inside flap with Stampin' Seal.

Adhere top edge of flap to back of holder base, just below 4" score line.

Slide Chapstick down inside opening.

Using the Brilliant Wings, die-cut butterfly from Butterfly Bijou DSP.

Apply Wink of Stella to wings.

Adhere center of butterfly to holder base, placing inside slit with Foam Adhesive Strip.

Stamp sentiment on scrap of Basic Black cardstock with Versamark ink.

Heat emboss with White Emboss powder.

Fussy cut out with paper snips.

Adhere ends to flap front with dimensionals, covering the top of the punched slit. Tip: be sure to leave enough room for the wings to slide in and out of the slit
