Create a Basic White Thick card base.

Layer together Misty Moonlight cardstock cut 4" x 5 1/4" with patterned paper cut 3 3/4" x 5" and add to the card front.

Cut Misty Moonlight cardstock 4" x 2 3/4" and emboss it.

Add to the card front.

Cut Basic White cardstock 3/4" x 4 1/8". Stamp the sentiment and add to the card front.

Finish the card with three embellishments and a ribbon.
