T his is my Easter layout for my scrapbook class.Fun and cute--can be used for any pictures!
Project Recipe
You will need: (2) 12" x 12" sheets of Pool Party.
Cut CS as follows:
Wild Wasabi: (4) 2" x 6"; (4) 4" x 6" for mats
Whisper White: 2-1/2" x 3"; 2" x 2"
Soft Suede: 3" x 4"
DSP: (6) 1" x 2-1/2" of one design and (6) of another
Dafodil Delight: 2-1/2" x 3"
Pacific Point: 2-1/2" x 3"
Blushing Bride: 2-1/2" x 3"
Rose Red: 2-1/2" x 3"
Small eggs: scrapes of colors
Baker's Twine: (2) 22"
Cut off the top edge of Wild Wasabi CS making it uneven.
Run long ways through the crimper leaving 1/4" at bottom. Use fringe scissors to make the grass as shown. Attach to bottom of pages using Fast Fuse adhesive.
Tie bows on each end of bakers twine. Roll a glue dot between fingers to make a ball and use to attach each end to top of pages.
Use banner punch to notch each end of DSP. Stamp with appropriate letters. Use dimensionals to adhere to baker's twine.
Mount pictures, cropping if necessary.
Stamp basket and 2 bunnies. Run through Big Shot using thinlits also cutting small Easter eggs.
HINT: when cutting alot of things at same time, use stick note strips to hold all in place.
(Large Easter eggs were cut using the Cricut.)
Add eggs and extras to layout as shown.
