Project Recipe
Cut a piece of Basic Gray card stock to 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Score at 4-1/4" and fold in half to create the card base.
Cut the Snail Mail DSP to 4" x 5-1/4".
Using the Layering Circles Dies, die cut a circle near the top center of the Snail Mail DSP.
Cut a 4" x 4" piece of white card stock. Lay this piece behind the circle in the Snail Mail DSP so you can see where to position the images, but don't adhere it yet. Next stamp the tree stump from Foxy Friends in Chocolate Chip ink, the fox in Basic Gray ink, and the leaves in Bermuda Bay ink on the white card stock. Move the white card stock to line the image up under the Snail Mail layer so that the stamped images appear where you want them in the circular opening. Then adhere these two layers to the card base, but don't adhere the Snail Mail layer to the white card stock at the bottom of the circle, as you'll be adding the sprigs here.
Punch several sets of leaves from vellum with the Sprig Punch. Use a glue dot at the bottom of the sprigs to adhere them to the inside of the circular opening,
Stamp several mushrooms from Foxy Friends in Soft Sky, Real Red, Basic Gray and Daffodil Delight ink. Cut them out and adhere below the tree stump, using small dimensionals to pop a couple up for added depth. If desired, use a Blushing Bride Stampin' Write marker for the ears and a Bermuda Bay marker to add detail to the Soft Sky mushroom.
Finally, stamp the greeting from Thoughtful Banners in Versamark ink on Basic Gray card stock. Heat emboss it with white embossing powder. Then punch out the greeting with the Classic Label punch and adhere it with dimensionals to complete this Foxy card.
