Project Recipe
Measurements:
Cardbase: A2 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (landscape)
Colored Cardstock (1 ea) 3/4" x 6"
- Cinnamon Cider
- Pool Party
- Coastal Cabana
Black scrap for sentiment
Basic White: 3 3/4" x 5"
Cut, score, and fold the card base and set aside
Mount the desired image on the appropriate size acrylic block.
Using Stampin' Write Marker (ink pads with sponge daubers) add the Mango Melody to the base of the pineapple; add in Cinnamon Cider to add some texture.
Add the Granny Apple Green to the stem also with Stampin' Write Marker (ink pads with sponge daubers); for a little texture add in hints of Old Olive or Mossy Meadow.
Huff on the stamp to reactivate the inks then stamp on the 3 3/4" x 5" panel first in the center. Repeat this process two (2) more times. Add the image once to the left and once to the right.
Add layers in the following order:
Coastal Cabana, Pool Party, then Cinnamon Cider
Add the Coastal Cabana strip to the image panel leaving a border. Trim.
Repeat this process two more times with the Pool Party then the Cinnamon Cider Strip.
The entire panel should be 5" long. The width will depend on how big a layer you created.
Stamp the sentiment:
Using the embossing buddy, wipe the basic black cardstock to remove any excess oils.
Stamp the sentiment using Versamark ink
Add the white embossing powder and then heat emboss.
Using the paper snips, fussy cut the sentiment. Add dimensionals.
Assembly:
Add the sentiment to the image panel.
Add adhesive foam to the image panel and adhere to the cardbase.
Add a glue do to the bee trinket then add to the card front.
