S imple multi-layered card featuring the Stampin' Up! Tin of Tags Stamp Set
Project Recipe
Card Base:
Whisper White A2 size card 5 ½” x 8 ½” (score at 4 ¼”)
Cut layers as follows:
Real Red 1pc cut at 5 ¼” x 4”
Crumb Cake 1 pc cut at 5” x 3 ¾”
Whisper White 1 pc cut at 4 ¾” x 3 ½”
Whisper White 1 pc cut at 4 3/4” x 1”
Embossing:
Using the Softly Falling Textured embossing folder, emboss the Whisper White piece of card stock cut at 4 ¾” x 3 ½”
Stamping:
Using the Real Red ink pad, stamp your favorite greeting from the Tin of Tags Stamp Set...I used "Making Spirits Bright" in the bottom right corner of the 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" of Whisper White card stock
Adhere the embossed piece of whisper white card stock (4 3/4" x 1") to the Whisper White 1 pc cut at 4 ¾” x 3 ½”
Wrap a piece of the red and white Candy Cane Lane Bakers Twine 3 times around the Whisper White layer and secure to the back with a piece of adhesive (washi tape, glue dot, regular tape).
Make a bow with the bakers twine; adhere to the front of the card piece so that the bow loops are vertical (up and down) not horizontal (side to side)
Using the 2" circle punch, punch out the small house on the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper; add Stampin' Dimensionals and set aside
Assembly:
Layer the 4 3/4" by 3 1/2" Whisper White piece to the 5" x 3 3/4" piece of Crumb Cake Card stock.
Layer the above piece onto the Real Red piece of card stock.
Layer to the card base.
Embellishment:
Punch out stars on glitter paper.
Add the 2" circle punched piece of DSP to the card front; offside from the bow. The bow loops should be peeking out from under the punched circle piece.
Add the punched out stars to the card
