Project Recipe
Cutting instructions:
Whisper White Cardstock 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 3" and 9"
Floral Romance Vellum 4 1/8" x 2 7/8", need 2
Whisper White Cardstock 4" x 2"
Cut out the Floral Romance Vellum teacup and teapot using the Big Shot and the Tea Time Framelit dies.
You will also need to cut out the teacup and teapot again using Whisper White Cardstock.
For my card, I cut the teapot handle, the lid knob and the teapot base out of Gold foil, trimming it to fit the teapot.
Emboss the Floral Romance Vellum teapot and teacup by slightly dabbing the edges of the teacup and teapot with VersaMark ink and Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder, then heat emboss with the heat tool.
Adhere the Gold Foil lid knob, teapot handle and teapot base to the Whisper White teapot.
If you are adventurous, you can line up the handle, the knob and the base with the teapot stamp using your Stamparatus and heat emboss these with Gold Stampin' Emboss Powder.
Adhere the Floral Romance Vellum teapot to the Whisper White teapot. Lining up the edge where the teapot meets the teapot handle, lid knob and teapot base.
Adhere the Floral Romance Vellum teacup to the Whisper White teacup.
Adhere the Floral Romance Pink Vellum to the Whisper White card front panels.
Adhere the teacup to the left-hand side card front panel with liquid glue.
Adhere the Pearlized Doilies, with the pearl side down, using liquid glue, to the right-hand side card front panel.
Adhere the teapot, at a slight angle, to the right-hand side card front panel allowing the spout to slightly overhang onto the left-hand side panel using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp the sentiment from the Tea Together stamp set using your Stamparatus, Fresh Fig Ink and Whisper White cardstock.
Cut around the sentiment using the stitched label die from the Needlepoint Elements Framelit Dies.
Punch out the sentiment using the Pretty Label punch.
Adhere sentiment label to the upper left-hand side card front panel.
Using the sentiment from the Tea Together stamp set and the Stamparatus, stamp the sentiment onto the center of the inside of the card using Fresh Fig ink.
The flowers in the upper left-hand side and lower right-hand side of the inside of the card were first stamped with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and then colored with Stampin' Blends. The colors I used where Daffodil Delight, Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive.
