I thought of you today. I'm so glad you're in my life. Peacock leaf card and matching plaid pattern are a perfect combination to let someone know you are thinking of them. Original design by Ronda Wade. Thanks for the inspiration, Ronda.
Project Recipe
Cut Pretty Peacock base at 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", and score at 4 1/4".
Cut Garden Green layer at 4" x 5 1/4".
Cut Plaid Tidings DSP layer at 3 3/4" x 5".
Cut Pretty Peacock layer at 3 1/4" x 4 1/4". Die-cut largest Stitched Leaves die in lower right-hand corner.
Die-cut Very Vanilla tag. Stamp sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink.
Assemble card. Adhere Garden Green layer to front of card. Adhere Plaid Tidings DSP layer on top of the Garden Green layer.
Use dimensionals to adhere the die-cut Pretty Peacock panel to the front of the card.
Use mini-glue dots to adhere a 4" piece of ribbon to the Pretty Peacock panel near the upper left.
Use dimensionals to adhere the tag on top of the ribbon. (I like to add a bit of glue to the dimensionals themselves when adhering them to ribbon.)
Adhere Very Vanilla layer to inside of card. Decorate as desired.
Finish off the card by adding a trio of Wonderful Gems, and snipping the ends of the ribbon. For added texture, use your Take Your Pick tool to fray the edges of the ribbon.
