Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and shimmer vellum pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Just Jade Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Misty Moonlight Cardstock
- 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" of Polished Pink vellum from 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum
- 2 pieces each 2" x 5" from Basic White Cardstock
- 2-1/4" x 4-1/2" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1" x 5-1/2" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 3-1/4" from Just Jade Cardstock
As you are ready to stamp using the Jar Of Flowers Set, place the shimmer vellum on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
DO THIS STEP FIRST!
Mount the large jar image from the Jar Of Flowers Set on Block D so the detailed side of the stamp is the one you will be stamping. Ink it up with the Polished Pink Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the horizontal Polished Pink vellum strip on the shimmery side of the vellum. Set aside to allow to dry.
Insert the Misty Moonlight rectangle into the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. Use the line printed on the front flap of the folder to make sure it is lined up straight. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Mount the splatter image from the Quiet Meadow Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Misty Moonlight Ink Pad. Stamp it at an angle a few times in the upper right corner of the vertical dry embossed Misty Moonlight rectangle until you have the splatter coverage you want. Stamp the image a time or two without re-inking the stamp.
Adhere the dry embossed and stamped Misty Moonlight rectangle to the front of the Just Jade card.
Pick out the long, skinny, carnation like flower die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of one of the 2" x 5" white rectangles on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces, but KEEP ALL THE PIECES! Repeat with the other 2" x 5" white rectangle and KEEP ALL THE PIECES!
Pick out the shorter, fatter three flowers and two buds die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the 2-1/4" x 4-1/2" white rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. KEEP ALL THE PIECES!
Pick out the long, skinny small leaves on stem die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the 1"x 5-1/2" white rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. KEEP ALL THE PIECES!
Place the die cut outs inside the rectangles they were cut from on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. Leaving the cut outs inside the rectangles makes it easier to add color with the Blending Brushes in the next steps without bending the edges of the cut outs.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Polished Pink Ink Pad to get it inky. Rub the inky Blending Brush all over the carnation flowers in the two cut outs. Turn one of the carnation die cut outs over first so the flower is at a different angle. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Tip: I just clean my Blending Brushes when I'm done using them by running them under water until no more color is coming off. Then, I let them air dry. They may be stained, but they are clean enough to use with any color of ink in the future.

Rub a Blending Brush across the open Just Jade Ink Pad to get it inky. Rub the inky Blending Brush all over the stems and leaves of all the cut outs. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.

Remove the cut outs from the rectangles and throw the rectangles away.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the colored cut outs to the front of the card in a tight, overlapping grouping on the left side. The tops of some of the cut outs should almost touch the top of the Misty Moonlight layer on the card front. Trim the stems as needed so they are about 3/4" from the bottom of the card. Make sure the cut outs are only about 1" across at about 2-1/2" from the bottom of the card so they will all appear to be fitting inside the jar.
Unlock the Jar Punch. Hold it upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped jar image on the shimmer vellum into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch.
Adhere the jar punch out over the tops of the stems so the jar is centered over the stems and the bottom of the jar is about 3/8" from the bottom of the card.
Mount the one line sentiment of your choice from the Quiet Meadow Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Misty Moonlight Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the skinny Just Jade strip leaving room to cut it out.
Pick out the long, skinny label die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the sentiment is centered. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces if needed.
Adhere the sentiment label cut out to the front of the card so it overlaps the bottom right side of the jar about 3/4" from the bottom of the card and the right side of the cut out is about 3/8" from the right side of the card.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the Gold 3/8" Fine Art Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the front of the card at a slight angle at the upper right side of the jar punch out.
Pick out a Bumblebee Trinket. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the bee to the card front on the upper right side of the flower bunch.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 3 small Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels from the sheet making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the centers of the Misty Moonlight flowers.
