Project Recipe
Stamp the small vase in Pretty Peacock ink on a small piece of Soft Sea Foam card stock. Punch out the vase using the Vase Builder punch.
Stamp the "shelf" using Pretty Peacock and Soft Sea Foam inks.
Set the vase on the shelf so that you can properly place the flowers - don't attach the vase yet. Stamp the flower outlines using Terracotta Tile ink.
Place a sticky note over the shelf and make a mark on the sticky note showing where the middle of the vase will be. Then, remove the vase.
Stamp the stems for the flowers using Old Olive ink. The stem should start at the flower and pass through the mark on the sticky note. This will help ensure that your stems end up in the vase.
Remove the sticky note and set the vase back on the shelf - don't attach it yet. The vase is just a guide to help you know where to place the leaves. Stamp the outline of the leaves using Old Olive ink. Be careful not to stamp on the vase.
Remove the vase. Stamp the inside of the leaves using Soft Sea Foam ink. For the insides of the flowers, use Terracotta Tile ink. Stamp off on a piece of scrap paper before stamping on your flowers to create a lighter color.
Attach the vase using a Stampin' Dimensional.
Run the piece of Pretty Peacock card stock through the Big Shot using the Country Floral 3D embossing folder. Use the Big Shot platform under the embossing folder and one cutting pad on top of the folder.
Attach all of the pieces.
