Cutting:
5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Tranquil Tide
4" x 5 1/4" Whisper White (for inside)
4 1/8" x 5 3/8" Whisper White
3 1/4" x 5" Whisper White (insert)
4" x 5 1/4" Pool Party
3 7/8" x 5 1/8" Designer Series Paper6

Preparing the Card Front:
Adhere the DSP to the Pool Party Cardstock.
Using the Move Me Thinlet, cut out the square shutter image about 1" from bottom of the combined papers.
Cut a half circle using the 1 1/4" circle punch at the top for the ribbon pull.
Using the Layering Square Dies, cut out a frame for the ribbon in Tranquil Tide. Use the size for the inside that matches the size of the window. Adhere to the Combined Papers as a frame.
Adhere the Whisper White to the Tranquil Tide Card Front.
Using Foam Strips on the sides and bottom, attach the piece leaving the top edge open.
Stamp Happy Birthday on Pool Party scrap and punch with 2" Circle Punch.
Punch 2 3/8" Scalloped Circle in Tranquil Tide,
Layer the two pieces and add to the cardfront in the left bottom corner of the window.

Create Fluttering Image Insert:
On insert, stamp the large hummingbird in Tranquil Tide. It should be at the bottom of the insert piece. The second layer of the bird is also in Tranquil Tide but you stamp off on scrap paper before stamping over the first bird image.
Checking for positioning by inserting the strip in the cardfront, stamp It's Your Day towards the top of the Insert in Tranquil Tide.
Attach Tranquil Tide Ribbon with a staple.

Inside:
Stamp your message.
On the white cardstock and adhere it to the inside of the card.
