Base Card - Misty Moonlight Cardstock 8 1/4" x 5 7/8" scored and folded @ 4 1/8"
1st Layer - Basic White Cardstock 5 3/4" x 4"
Misty Moonlight Cardstock - 3 1/2" x 2 3/4"
Basic White Cardstock - 3 3/8" x 2 5/8"

I secured the mask over the cardstock and started by adding the Balmy blue ink over the entire piece of card.

I then covered the bottom end of the card with Misty Moonlight.

The images were coloured using Stampin' Blends.
