Enjoy today card:
~Card base is 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2"
~Embossed layers-this is two white layers embossed with an embossing folder after adhering the two layers together. One layer is 3 5/8" x 4 7/8". This is glued onto a 3 3/4" x 5" layer. Then run use embossing folder and run through machine to get etched effect. You could just do one layer here if desired.
~Berry Burst cardstock piece is 3 1/8" x 4 1/8".
~Glue "enjoy today" memories and more card to berry bursrt piece.
~Put dimensionals on back of berry burst piece.
~Glue embossed layers onto card front.
~Center the berry burst pieces on embossed layer and press into place with the dimensionals.
~Cut 4" piece of ribbon. Color with bubble gum colored blends markers
~Fold ribbon in 1/2, put glue dot on back of folded section and tuck up under berry burst panel on the bottom right and press into place.
~Put three of the pink Blooming Pearls onto card front.
~Decorate inside with another sentiment or image, if desired.
Floral "Thanks Card"
~The base is one of the card bases that comes in the Bright & Beautiful memories and more card pack, pg. 135 in catalog.
~Use 4 3/4" x 5 3/4" basic white cards stock. Die cut using the leafy die from gorgeous garden die set. Use liquid glue to adhere onto card front. Careful not to use too much glue so it oozes out and creates a shiny spot. If it happens use an adhesive remover eraser and it'll come right off.
~The word "Thanks" is a sticker from the card set. Put onto lower right of diecut piece.
~I used three different colors of pearls to decorate the front.
Three panel "best wishes" card.
~Card base is basic white 4 1/4" x 11". Score at 5 1/2"
~Select a card from the set. I used a larger confetti pattern and cut it down to 3 3/4" x 5 1/4".
~Cut down this panel into three pieces vertically so you have three that are 1 1/4" x 5 1/4". Glue onto card front with an even spacing between the three panels.
~Choose a smaller card from the set. I used a frame with pink on inside. I stamped "best wishes" using Night of Navy ink. This sentiment is from "Layering Leaves" stamp set. You could use a sticker from the set or a panel with words already on it.
~Cut 6 1/2" of ribbon. Glue one end under area that will be covered. Wrap around front panel and glue other end in place where it won't show. I like glue dots for ribbon but most adhesives work well. You can even tape it down, just make sure it won't show.
~Put dimensionals onto back of the smaller panel and glue into place on card front.
~Decorate front with stickers and pearls.
~I chose another card without any words for inside. It had stars to match the stickers I put onto front.
Cheers to you card:
~Use one of the memories and more card bases. These are 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" when finished.
~Choose two of the smaller cards from the set for card front. One with a sentiment and one without that coordinates. I used "cheers to you" and some colored polka dots. Cut dotted piece into two panels that are each 1 1/4" x 4".
~Cut card front piece parallel to short side of card front. Measure in 1 1/2" from each side and cut only to the score line. Glue the two small card front panels down with adhesive of choice.
~Glue dotted panels onto card front where you just glued down the outside pieces. Glue cheers to you piece onto center of flap not glued down. Wrap ribbon around top of this piece and tie a knot. Decorate with stickers and pearls.
~For inside of card I used various stickers that are the stars and "yay yay yay" stickers. Leave room to write.
Green Congrats card:
~I used one of the Memories and More card bases that is mainly pink (Bubble Gum).
~Choose the green Congrats mem and more card. The 4" width will stay. You will just have a little of this card at the top you won't use. Start at the bottom and cut 1" panels. You will use 5 of them. Keep in order.
~On the congrats piece, put dimensionals on back. The other pieces will be glued into place.
~Start at bottom and glue panels onto card front. Leave 1/8" between. Lay out first to get it into place before you glue down. I glued them all of the way to the left. I left 1/4" at the top and bottom.
~Decorate front with stickers and pearls.
~Decorate inside as desired. I glued "lets celebrate" sentiment from another card.
Star "Happy Birthday" card
~I used one of the pink card bases from the card set.
~4 1/4" x 2 1/2" piece of the Parakeet party of Textured Specialty Paper. You can use cardstock if you don't have it. I diecut the shape using the 2 3/8" x 4" die from the Countryside Corners die set. You can just cut a rectangle or use any nested die set.
~Use a smaller die from the same set, this was approx. 3 7/8" by 2 3/8", and diecut out the words Happy Birthday from the star panel that will be on the front of the card.
~Glue down the star panel onto the card base. Then glue the Parakeet Party diecut onto center.
~Glue happy birthday diecut onto the green shape. It can be on dimensionals, if desired.
~Decorate front with pearls. Fold a 3" piece of 1/8" lemon lime twist ribbon in half. Use a glue dot to adhere under the happy birthday die. Trim ends at an angle.
~For inside of card, choose a smaller card and glue down. I used the balloon "let's party" card. Decorate with balloon stickers.
Best Wishes popup card:
~I used one of the pink card bases from the cards/envelope set. With the card folded closed, measure in 2 1/2" from each side on the fold and make a little mark. Snip in, through both layers, at these marks. Make the cuts about 3/8" each. Then fold this back and forth to make a tab. Push it inside of the card. This is the pop up machanism.
~I used a large, striped card for the front. Score it parallel to long edge at 2 1/2".
~Glue this panel onto card front. The score will be at the top of the card with the smaller part going over onto the back. Try not to glue where the popup portion is.
~Cut ribbon at 15" and tie a knot. Adjust so it will be on the left of the front and use a glue dot to keep in place. I did a faux knot. I glued ends into place. Then I tied a knot and used a glue dot to put into place where the two ends were glued down.
~Decorate with pearls and a sticker that says "best wishes".
~Inside has a popup feature. Choose a small balloon card that has "Happy Birthday" on it for the popup piece. Choose another large balloon card that says "yay you!" on one of the balloons.
~Glue large card into bottom portion of inside. Cut a 3/8" piece of a card that matches the stripes on the front. Glue it onto the bottom of the large balloon card.
~Put a piece of tear-n-tape or other strong adhesive onto the front/bottom of the popout piece. Glue the small card to it. Have the bottom of the card even with the bottom of the popout piece.
~Use stickers to decorate inside of the card. If you have any areas to hide, any cuts or edges, use the stickers as decorations.
